MCA is aware that unauthorized parties may attempt to impersonate MCA or its employees and/or misuse MCA E-mail addresses to send spam, phishing, spoofing, or other malicious communications. Such E-mails are not authorized by MCA and are not affiliated with or endorsed by MCA.

MCA does not accept unsolicited E-mails, including proposals, advertisements, or other commercial communications, unless specifically authorized. MCA will never request sensitive personal, financial, or login information via unsolicited E-mails.

Unauthorized use of MCA's name, logo, trademarks, or E-mail addresses, including impersonation, spoofing, or deceptive communications, may constitute fraud, trademark infringement, unfair competition, or other civil and criminal violations under applicable law. MCA reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of enforcement costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a suspicious E-mail is received claiming to be from MCA, do not respond, click links, call the telephone number listed within the E-mail or open attachments. Call us directly to ensure an E-mail is authentic.
